Simply put, a Custom Avatar is your avatar. It will look the same as some public avatars, but with your likeness, and you will be able to create videos using it.

In order to create a Custom Avatar, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Avatar Model Video Recording Guide:

Preparation:

1. Environment Setup:

• Space Requirements: Ensure the shooting area measures at least 5 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 2.5 meters in height.

• Quietness: Select a quiet environment free from disruptions like talking, construction noise, or whistles.

• Background Distance: Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between the subject and the background wall.

2. Background:

• Use a flat green screen with no wrinkles or unevenness for a smooth, uniform backdrop.

3. Lighting:

• Opt for three-point lighting to avoid dark shadows or overly bright spots.

• Ensure the lighting is uniform, avoiding overexposure or underexposure, particularly on the model’s face.

4. Model Preparation:

• Appearance: Ensure neat makeup and hairstyle without any stray hairs.

• Clothing: Avoid green, yellow-green, yellow, or cyan clothes and select attire without dense patterns or reflective fabrics. Minimize metal accessories.

• Posture: Maintain a natural and comfortable sitting or standing posture, facing straight ahead. Ensure movements stay within the frame without causing shadows or reflections from the green screen.

5. Sound Quality:

• Record in a quiet environment to prevent background noise or echo. Using a lavalier mic can help avoid unwanted sound interference.

6. Teleprompter Usage:

• Employ a teleprompter if possible to maintain eye contact with the camera and ensure script continuity.

7. Recording Settings:

• Format: MP4/MOV

• Resolution: 1080P or 4K

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9 / 9:16

• Frame Rate: 30 FPS

• Duration: Ensure a total length of 3 to 5 minutes.

During Shooting:

1. Camera Angle: Keep the camera front-facing with the model’s facial features clearly visible. Avoid excessive head tilts.

2. Framing: The video should frame the model’s face and shoulders properly, ensuring the head is neither too large nor too small in the shot. You can choose either position of standing or sitting down .

    4.Consistency: The model must remain in frame for the duration, with no empty shots or camera shakes.

   • Start with the model looking directly at the camera, lips closed, for 5 seconds before beginning.

   • Narration: Maintain a clear, well-paced speech. It’s okay to misspeak; just continue. Ensure natural expressions and avoid looking away from the camera.

   • Body Language: Allow for natural hand and head movements but avoid covering the face or mouth. Gestures should be smooth and not overly large.

   • Conclude with the model looking at the camera, lips closed, for 5 seconds of silence before ending the recording.

It depends on the package you choose. For the Basic Package(£360),  your Custom Avatar will not automatically have your own voice. However, you can choose to purchase a custom avatar packge (£740)that you can request to have your own voice cloned as well.

Your custom avatar will only be available to you and will not form part of our stock avatars which available to all customers.

From the day you provide the footage, it will take approximately 3 business days to create your custom avatar, providing a successful payment has been made. It will be delivered directly to your Enlybee account.

Make sure the hands, fingers and arms always return to the exact same place after speaking in each take, resting at the middle of your torso (or out of shot if you do not want your hands in the frame when resting). We recommend practicing this before turning the camera on. Keeping your hands together can help greatly with this.

Once your Custom Avatar is produced and deployed to your Enlybee AI account, refunds are not possible. To avoid any issues with your Custom Avatar and ensure that you receive it in the highest quality possible, please refer to all of the guides and requirements listed above prior to submitting your request / footage.

You can request that a video/avatar is deleted, which will then take up to 30 days before it is permanently deleted from our system.

​If there is no request for deletion after termination of an account, the information will automatically be deleted within 30 days.
